The Verdict?

Pneumonia.  Double pneumonia.

No wonder I feel so awful! I've had a shot and a breathing treatment and I go back for more of the same today.  I think I'll just lay low and recuperate for a few days.  Maybe I'll feel better and can make some beads late this weekend - I hope so.  I miss melting glass but I know better than to even try right now - I can't stop coughing long enough to make an even spacer bead, much less something complicated!

Sick As a Dog

Going back to the doctor's office today to see what is wrong with me.  I cough all night and can't get any sleep - despite the fact I've been on DayQuil, Mucinex and Sudafed for practically 2 1/2 weeks.  (Not all at once, obviously!)  The glands in my throat are swollen to the point where it's painful to swallow and I'm just plain miserable.

Made 2 strands of beads this week and was happy with how they turned out!  I'll put them on the web page after I pick up the kids from school.  ;-)
