I have 2 of these pots - 1 on each side of the walkway that leads to the front door. I love the combination of orange, cobalt blue and the variegated foliage of the iris in the back. As I was editing the pictures, it occurred to me that I never finished the planting! I always meant to go back and add a draping foliage plant in a bright, chartreuse green to spill down the edges of the pots. Oops! I'll have to remember to do that next year.
It's looking rather grim outside this morning (as you can probably tell by the pictures up there) and it smells a lot like rain. I'd better go get in my morning walk while I still can!
